LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling may be in order if it is more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you must cancel your appointment  please do so at least 24 hours prior so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service. Please advise your service provider of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. 

CANCELLATION

We strictly require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our service providers with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. For returning guests, if you accumulate 3 same day cancellations or no-shows which goes in line of cancelling after the 24 hour grace period, you will then be required to put down a 50% deposit for your future appointments scheduled. 

NEW GUEST DEPOSIT

As a new guest of Salon FUSS, we require a $25 deposit on any hair color, smoothing treatment service, up-do, or eye lash extension appointment. This will then be applied to your ticket at the time of check out, if you cancel, no show, or re-schedule after the 24 hour grace period the $25 will be applied to cover lost appointment time away from the stylist. 

 

GUEST SATISFACTION

At Salon FUSS we are committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our front desk team within 48 hours of your service to book a complimentary adjustment within 2 weeks of your appointment. The adjustment appointment will be scheduled with the same service provider who performed the original service. However, in the case that the original service provider is unavailable, or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the adjustment may be scheduled with another service provider. To determine any complimentary services we must see your hair in person to make a complete assessment.
